Mike Ruthless was an American professional wrestler person who was notable for appearing on Grims Toy Show from 2013-2015. He often potrayed the character, Real Fake Sin Cara, a parody of former WWE Superstar, Sin Cara.
As Real Fake Sin Cara, he would claim to be the "real" Sin Cara, despite being bulkier than the real one, and only saying the words "Si, Si", which is Spanish for "Yes, yes". He was featured frequently as a "Scalper" in toy hunts, and was featured in a role as either an Ally for DF, an enemy, or as a punching bag for when Grim and Duhop would practice in a ring. He would often fake injuries by clutching his shoulder after almost everything he does, a reference to the original Sin Cara, who was played by Mistico, whom often got injured and botched moves, which was a continuous joke within the internet wrestling community.
Besides playing Real Fake Sin Cara, Mike also made an appearance on the August 8th, 2014 episode of Grim's Toy Show as "Andre", a guy who was hired by Dr. Travone to give the Loser Belt to Grim. While some may think he was the first Loser Belt Champion, this is considered a unofficial reign since the belt had not been officially established as a Championship until 2016, where the first official champion was DGDX Animation.
His final appearance on GTS was when he was hired by Dr. Jerry Travone and Tony U-Haul as a "New MJ Appleballs", ordering him to attack Grim, but refused to, unmasking himself as Real Fake Sin Cara, and attacked Travone and U-Haul instead, officially turning face, even though it was his last appearance on Grims Toy Show.
On November 19th, 2017, it was announced on Twitter that Mike had passed away due to a blood clot. He was 39 years old.
Following this, Grim made a new championship dedicated to his memory, the GTS Ruthless Rumble Championship, a title that would only be defended in battle royal matches. The first champion was Manabo, and the final champion was Michael Oscar Myers. However, the title has been deactivated, and replaced with the GTS Butt Championship.
